New to "Hobby" Boardgaming ???
Welcome to the Columbus Area Boardgaming Society, or
CABS as we call it. We want to welcome you to the
wonderful world of boardgaming. If this is your first time visiting our website, you are
about to enter a world that many might not have known even existed. If you are
familiar with Euro and/or War games then you will
feel right at home with us. Come, join us at our

If you don't know anything about Euro or War games ...
Boy are you in for a treat. Eurogames and Wargames are not like the normal games
you have played.
We have all played games like Monopoly and Clue. We
still play these on occasion. We've played many trivia games, party games and
other types of game. But we want MORE !!! Eurogames and Wargames give us what
we crave! Games with strategy, games with less chance, games with more than just
rolling the dice and moving around a board. Games with more than just answering
questions, or being the best speller ... Eurogames and Wargames give us that and
more!

We do just sit around and play boardgames
at our meetings ... It's a hobby just like any other hobby ... We enjoy the game
playing, the social interaction and the fun. Where else can you go and be with
over 100 of your friends, all doing the thing you love and it costing less
than you would spend on a coffee at a fast food place?
