Holiday Party

Annual General Meeting

December 17th, 2010

Traditionally on our last meeting before Christmas we hold our Holiday Party and AGM. As a not for profit organization we are required to hold an Annual General Meeting. CABS usually provides a main course and we ask others to bring additional treats for us to share and eat.

The AGM process will be held while we are eating and we ask that all gaming cease while this is going on. This is an important meeting if you are interested in voicing your concerns or ideas. Please join us for our AGM / Holiday Party.
