Christmas Party
and
Annual General Meeting
December 18th, 2009
Traditionally on our last meeting before Christmas we hold our Christmas Party and AGM. As a not for profit organization we are required to hold an Annual General Meeting. This year, 2009 our meeting/party will be December 18th. CABS will provide a meat and cheese trays some pasta salad, and we ask others to bring additional treats for us to share and eat. CABS will also spring for one can of soda on this night as well per member.
The AGM process will be held while we are eating and we ask that all gaming cease while this is going on. Last year in 2008, 180+ members attended this meeting. This is an important meeting if you are interested in voicing your concerns or ideas. Please join us for our AGM / Christmas Party.
